The topics learnt list must be added by the scores which a student should give himself/herself for the level of each topics knowledge. Self-assessment is sometimes a hard thing to do as humans are not often able to judge themselves objectively. The best way to develop self-assessment of knowledge is making up an outline containing various questions regarding new knowledge. The questions like Did I like/dislike this topic? Why? How much time did I need to learn this topic? Was I involved in this topic discussion? Was it interesting for me to discuss this topic? What do I need to learn more about this? By answering these questions students can develop a skill needed for quick and effective assessment of their knowledge. Skills monitoring would be better presented in the form of listings which will show: new skills adopted, old skills developed and problem marks. New skills column should list the new skills which students have had to adopt due to new tasks or assignments; old skills developed should contain the information of the skills which were available but had to be developed due to more complicated or new tasks; problem marks should determine the problem points which students have had to meet while adopting new skills or developing the old ones.
